Educators, families and organisations should be able to browse, compare and order without unnecessary barriers. Accessibility is part of how the site is built and maintained, not a separate project.
What the site is built to support
- Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
- A clear heading order and descriptive links and controls
- Colour contrast that meets WCAG 2.2 AA, with meaning never carried by colour alone
- Layouts that work on a phone as well as a desktop
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animation is used
What has been checked so far
Button colours have been checked and meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast. Some text set in the brand’s coral and light teal does not yet meet AA contrast on light backgrounds, and the colour of the keyboard focus indicator is under review. Both are being corrected.
Tell us where the barrier is
If a page, document or purchase step is hard to use, email us the page address, the device and browser you were using and a short description of what happened. If you need information in another format, ask and we’ll do what we practically can.
Ongoing review
The site is checked as new pages and services are added. This statement doesn’t claim a formal accessibility certification; it sets out the standard we’re working toward and how to reach us when we fall short of it.
